My boyfriend and I switched to T mobile from Sprint the day after Christmas. We left our iPhones to go to LGs just because at the time it would be cheaper. Well after a few days with them we began to not like them as much and we missed our iPhones. So tonight we went back and the manger Keith and the girls that helped us were nothing but nice and so understanding with us. Especially when the first time took 3 hours to switch over because of my phone being difficult. I wouldn’t go to any other T-mobile store than this one.

I went in to buy a new phone plan and phone. I was treated well by their inventory clerk Victor. He was very nice, as well as honest about which phone I should get and about what I would be paying each month.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star, but in order to write a review i have to. The sales rep gave me wrong info on a promo and now I'm stuck with a bill  for accessories that I was told came with the phones that I paid IN FULL for.  When I went back to speak to the manager I was told to "either return them and the bill would be zeroed out OR I can keep them and pay for them" (even though I paid for the phones in full which CAME WITH THE ACCESSORIES) Even if I were to bring the accessories back I would be charged a restocking fee. I was told that at the date of purchase everything came with the phones that I got and even before I could decline the sales rep was already putting on the protective glass and kept telling me multiple times that all of "this/accessories" came with the phone even if I didn't want them. 
The manager also told me that he "had seen some pretty stupid employees in his time, but never stupid enough to get ALL of THOSE accessories for free". Which he was pretty much telling me I was lying (great customer service). I have been a T-mobile customer for almost 10 years and have always been able to get situations dealt with in a good manner, not this time. Now I am stuck with a bill either way and a very sour taste in my mouth.
After reading reviews I see nothing much has changed and it may never change. As long as they can hustle their customer and make a sale that's all they want. I will not be back and will not be referring anyone to this store.

I've been a T-Mobile customer for over three years and never had an issue with asking anyone at any other T-Mobile store to put a screen protector on a phone but this store is crazy and had me wait for ten minutes then I was told by another staffer that no we can't do that. Weird how they tried to sell me a different screen protector that is outrageously overpriced and this would somehow be magically installed on my phone. Poor selection of phone accessories and even worse customer service. Go with another T-Mobile store if you want good service or selection
