We had about 100+ pounds of home stuff, one of which was a very nice compound miter saw. This store worked with us for quite a while before they figure out that putting it on a palette and using UPS freight was the cheapest, best option. And we were not in a rush. We left everything with them and within a couple of days they had everything protected wrapped and on a palette. They texted us when it was picked up and sent us a tracking number. 4 days later it was half way across the country. When I picked it up they fork lifted out to the back of my car and helped me cut off the wrap and load it all piece by piece into my car. Excellent work UPS! It wasn't that cheap but we really needed this stuff at our new home.

Ran out of packing tape in my truck. Asked if I could use their tape gun. Was told no, need to buy it from them. They just lost a customer for a pennies worth of tape. Now going to call ups corporation to complain poor customer service.

We took a very large order to this store (14 packages, upwards of 200 lbs altogether) and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional, while also being very fun to talk to! She managed to help other people with smaller orders while also working through ours. Our order was pretty complicated, but she walked us through the process in a way that made it all seem easy. I left feeling like UPS is doing all they can to make sure my packages will arrive safely at the destination.
