Asked 2 associates question got the answer we haven't  had that product on years.  I did show them they still carried the item.  And I got a smart retort.

Girlfriend bought a pair of shoes from here two months ago and had them start coming apart from the soles. Went in to try to exchange since we had previously been informed by manager Brandon that there was a three month return policy with receipt. Brandon comes over to assist the associate and proceeded to humiliate my girlfriend by saying that her sweaty feet are to blame for the damage. Offers store credit for amount less than what was paid for even with original receipt. This situation could have been handled very differently but this manager representing Bass handled it in a very unprofessional manner.
