I would highly recommend this company! Their prices are very reasonable and they don't take forever to arrive. Mike came out for an emergency service call on a Saturday and fixed our furnace quickly. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. We won't use anyone else for our HVAC needs. Definitely the best!

If I could give more stars I would! Mike and the team at Basset Heating and Ac are awesome. We had them install a new furnace and ac in our home and they were amazing from start to finish. Mike was very thorough in his quote and gave me a bottom line price and answered all my questions I had. The office was great to work with when it came to scheduling my install and the install tech was professional and friendly as well. This is hands down a professional and honest company and team to work with and I will recommend them to everyone for any And all HVAC needs and they will be my go to team!

This place was GREAT! Excellent customer service and very willing to work with you on finding a good price. The work was very thorough and you can tell they take pride in their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

From beginning to end this was a great experience. When I called they were clear and honest, the appointment was scheduled quickly. Mike came to service our broken AC, He was very friendly and professional. He made sure to explain what he was doing and why. He fixed the problem in less than an hour and also quoted us on some other future servicing that needs to be done. The pricing was great, I would definitely recommend Basset Heating & AC!!
