Went in yesterday to pick up some new fall soaps and decided to grab a cute candle holder and a couple of mini candles. The sales associate (I THINK her name was Sarah? she was blonde and had her hair up - working Sunday the 11th) was WONDERFUL!! She was so incredibly helpful and personable. She gave me her honest opinion on a few candles and how they burned and smelled in her home. I know some candles don't smell as nice burning as they do in the jar so that's very helpful. She wasn't pushy and salesy like I feel some associates there are and even though there were others in the store, she really took her time helping me (not ignoring the other customers at all, just very attentive to everyone and I felt it!). If I get a chance, I hope to call the store to talk her up because she was excellent. I don't get to B&BW too often (especially in Brown Deer - it is the closest store to me but the area is so rough and not what it used to be and I don't like shopping there) but I will make a point to get to this one more often!
