Very long wait, poor service and quality. At my last appointment my pedicure and full set was done very badly. My nail polish has chipped off of my toes 6 days later and my nails had to be repolished twice and they still look terrible. The first time Kim rushed and my gel polish had waves all over it. When I politely asked her to fix it (a 2nd time) she said I had to pay another $20 for a polish change. Angie fixed it and the pink gel polish had a black tint to it after she added the top coat, I think that happened because she forgot to use the alcohol at the end. I went back and she didn't fix it she just rubbed alcohol on it and the problem wasn't fixed. My pedicure was very fast and the bottoms of my feet weren't really touched at all. Before my appointment Kim sat outside on her cellphone for 15 minutes while I was in her chair waiting to be serviced. 

You will wait a long time whether or not you have an appointment & even if you tip the nail tech. I have been getting my nails done here since they opened but sadly I will not be back.

Very friendly,  all the workers make u feel welcomed.. they do awesome work, I will be going back.  Love this place.

I know Angela or Sarah are so customer friendly, and very professional with the work they do...
I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Overall I Nails N Spa is a wonderful place to get what you need done the right way.
