We moved to Brown Deer about 9 months ago and started coming here for pedicures. We always get in right away and the service is great. Free sofa & water, plus the best massage chairs we've found yet! They do a great job and the price is right.

I been getting my nails done for years and I am very picky. Leo has been the best! He does a wonderful job! I have never had to complain once always walked out happy. Mi mi does my art work and she is really good at it i get so many compliments about my nails Everywhere I Go I definitely would recommend Leo and mi mi!

I went in on a Saturday to get a full arcylic set  done and today i had to go into a different place to have all my nails taken off because most of the nails started to lift! Very disappointed! Not going there ever again!

I hadn't been for about a year. Had been doing my own feet, but was ready to do the Spa thing again. When I go it's more for getting rid of the callus-skin build up on the soles of the feet, versus the pretty polish. I got a lady who only greeted me. I had to keep enforcing her to please do more...and to use the electric nail smoother/file. She finally did. But she ignored me the first the requests. I stayed persistent. Not satisfied, because she could have done a better job... Earned herself a tip and a new customer. She tried to push for me to get the highest foot service, but I opted for the mid grade. It really wasn't relaxing because her customer service was way below expectations. She earned $33.00 in less than an hour. I won't be returning to this place for service. I held off on getting my nails done there. "It's hard to find good-great service in these type of spas.! :-(

Tech tried to use dirty instruments while doing my nail. He went into his drawer and pulled out  "clean" ones. He nicked me but I didn't notice until he sprayed my hands with alcohol. They're prices are dirt cheap but come with too many risks. This place looks and feels dirty. I won't be returning.
