Today my mother who is in her 80's and I had the pleasure to meet Erick and Bobby at Batteries and Bulbs in Corvallis. We have never met two more helpful employees at any business. I had spent the prior day looking for a specific type of battery without success. I called Batteries and Bulbs and spoke with Erick and he listened to me patiently even though it was close to closing time and assured me that if I drove from the coast to Corvallis that he would have what I needed. I arrived at the store this morning and was greeted by Bobby who found exactly what we needed. he also took the time to make sure that it worked in the device we needed the battery for. He made sure we got all possible discounts. He took the time to educate us on LED lights and which would work best for our needs. Battery and Bulbs should definitely try and retain these two employees who are outstanding representatives for their business. Thank you Bobby and Erick for such a great shopping experience. We will definitely be back and recommend your business to others..

Erik at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Corvallis was so helpful! My car battery was completely dead and he tested it and installed a new one in under 15 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was genuinely concerned with helping me with my car. I will be sure to come back next time I need a battery!

I showed up here when they were closing and I was going to have a very difficult time getting home without a new battery. Bobby stayed late and put a new battery in my car saving my day. I had an awesome experience.

I meant to review a while back but here is my experience.  I bought a battery for my moped in summer 2016 and i spent a little more to get the one that was estimated to last about a year longer with maintenance.  I used it for the summer and then placed it on the battery tender that they recommended and sold to me. a year later, i placed the battery back in my moped and it was dead. i took it in and it was totally shot despite being kept on the tender they sold me... I wanted a replacement battery but because i didn't get to hooking it back in till a little later in the summer it was just out of warranty and they wouldn't do anything about it.
If you're going to sell something, you should be ready to back it up. especially given the nature of the usage of the battery being confined to good weather months.

If you're going to buy something, only get what you need, don't bother letting them upsell you on something that doesn't do anything.  I will NOT shop here again and wouldn't recommend going here, to anyone i know.
