I have always had a good experience at this store. I love that I can order online and pick up in store. The last time, I ordered wrong and the guy helping me helped me figure out which battery I really needed. He was very helpful! I feel bad that I don't remember his name!

This is a spectacular store. The staff is very accommodating and really helps to solve problems. I'd rather purchase my items here than from other on-line retailers. In the past two months I've been to the store, one time about 30 minutes before closing (The day before Harvey hit) and the owner of the franchise was more than willing to replace my car battery, and just yesterday an associate swapped out the battery for my computer power supply. I would have struggled with it for quite a while. He did it willingly. I'm pleased with this store.

I was surprised to learn Batteries+ Bulbs had automotive batteries. On top if it, there's was the best price AND the staff was super nice. Had to go in the next day for yet another battery (non-auto) and, once again, great customer service!

The staff are well trained in providing excellent customer service. I spent 21 years in retail after I retired in the Navy. The professionalism of the entire staff is fantastic. I hope this will be shared with the store members. They’ve earned it. Thank you for such a great atmosphere.

I don't recommend using the buy online and pickup in store feature. I tried this because of a 10% discount. It made the whole process take much longer in the store. Employees couln't figure out passwords, then needed to create 3 separate credit card transactions to purchase one battery. The whole process was backwards and time consuming.
