Being in Southeast Texas I expected service to be sketchy during Hurricane Harvey but Harvey has passed and we still have almost no service. We have to travel a mile into town to get a signal. That was impossible while all roads were flooded. Service will come on and you will get 5 or 6 texts. Before you can answer service disappears.

We came in to the store to conduct 3 transactions on one account, which is not a 10 minute visit.  While there, for 2 hours, I personally witnessed 5 T-mobile representatives and a store manager attend to at least 8 customers at the same time.  Being able to easily see and hear most transactions, which were all very pleasant, professional and patient.  Over half, if not all sessions, were very challenging situations from what I could see.  

I would say that each individual was given 5 star service.  
What you do not see on here, is 7 additional reviews for each of those transactions.  

We instinctively want the world to know when we've been wronged, but stay silent to the many times we're treated so right.  And sometimes we don't deserve to be treated so kindly.  

Know for every one bad review you read on a business, I'm sure there was 20 cases where someone obtained stellar service.  

May God bless each individual working at that location and help them through the holiday activities.

Terrible customer service. Been here 3 times in the past 5 months for help only to leave after waiting 15+ minutes each time while employees gossiped, joked, and killed time. 
You're better off going somewhere else.

Always packed, and there's no clear line or order to how they help people. Had someone arrive after me and they must've been friends with a staff member, they seemed to know each other.
