You can't get help here. I don't know if they're under staffed but whenever I go there it's like YOU'RE on your own! Just terrible!

The worst customer service I've ever received at this location or any other at that. I spent over 20 mins on hold just to find out if what I was looking for was in stock. They keep transferring me to the department and no one was answering, so it would ring back to customer service. They would pick up and transfer me again. I hung up and called back and after customer service not listening, the process began again. Finally customer service answered again and I asked for the manager on duty so they could find out for me since no one was answering in the department. She was finally about to help but it took 5 or so mins to find out. I'm glad I don't live down here and have to deal with the incompetence in person. I called three other stores and had an answer with in a couple mins.

Very helpful lady in the tool dept. Knew just where the Rigid display was for a great combo deal and made sure to tell me to register my purchase for the lifetime warranty

I've been to this store several times. The only times I leave happy is when I don't have to interact with anybody there. Today I went to rent the flatbed truck. I parked right beside it! When I went to the front desk I was told by some guy that it wasn't available. I told him that it was right outside and he said that someone had already leased it. I called about 30 minutes later to see if I could reserve it. The same guy told me that it was a first come-first serve system and that it was available. I told him that I had been there half an hour earlier and that he told me that it wasn't available. He said that he probably didn't know the truck was there. I told him that I had mentioned seeing the truck right outside!! He said that he probably got confused or something. (???)

The usual... you can search for what you need or search for a Home Depot employee to assist you and you're lucky if you find either one.
