Needed two SLA batteries to complete a job and received excellent and competent customer service. Checking stock over the phone just took a sec and easy online ordering process made it a very enjoyable shopping experience. Would go back anytime.

I was in search of a battery for a wheelchair and have no idea about the model. Just by sending the picture an agent was able to not only find me that old model , requested quick pick up but also ordering it online gave me 10%discount. Also i had to travel with the battery and airline had certain objections on phone. The agent printed out the information proof of purchase and IATA rules. It was checked in at miami international with no hastle but got confiscated at Qatar airport. Thanks to the briefing the agent gave me and the papers he not only printed but highlighted for me i was able to defend my case and they finally let it go. I am highly recommending this place to my circle and will personally drop by to say thanks when i am back in miami. You are the best!
