Honestly, not every place you go to is perfect, this one might not have the widest selection or the biggest space for a store with all that gear, but.. If there's anything that my last job managers thought me is that customer service will always bring more profits. Bike Nerds got the memo, always willing to help, honest opinion and profecional advice. For minimum check-ups, tunes or flats there's non to low cost, and somethings might be pricey (keep in mind they're running a business) but they will make sure you buy what you need and feel confortable with. 
So not the most high-en bike shop by any means, but if you appreciate a down to earth atmosphere than look no further.
You won't regret it, trust me, I live 20 miles away from these guys and if I need help with my bikes I'll take Old Rusty with me and bike there to at least just say hello, this guy's are pretty much family.

I got nothing but positive things to say about this bike shop. Chill atmosphere, competitive prices (even when you compared online), owners are very honest and helpful and you're usually out the door with your repaired bike within minutes or the same day. I highly recommend this small business.

Just got off the phone with this guy... Just wow. I thought I was doing a favor by trying to buy some stuff from them that I would have otherwise bought online but, apparently this guy just goes off on this condescending rant on how "I don't think we even carry that stuff! You have to be more specific! I'm working on a bike! Just come to the store!"-(I asked him specifically if he wanted the full description of the products, mind you.) Jeez... Sorry I even asked.  Take notes guys... This is why retail stores are loosing business to online competitors. Won't be coming here, that's for sure.

Great owners, very helpful when your not sure of something and they also give great service. If u need any help or questions about your bike bike nerds have the answer.
