I've been using their service for 17 years.  The place can get a little busy at peak hours and season and that can lead to some frustration.  But, Rodrigo (who I think is the owner) is very helpful- great customer attention.

This store is great. It's very organized, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I've had my mailbox here since May of 2013 and I've never had a problem at all. The owner is a very nice man and I've always been treated great by anyone there. Sometimes the parking lot becomes a bit congestion, but that's only because Miami Lakes is full of pretentious A-holes who don't realize they live in Hialeah but with more trees...and A-holes. But hey this store is awesome!!!!!

i go to this ups store almost every day the workers are polite and they are very eager to help. their service is wonderful. they will make sure to help you with anything you need
