I love the fact that Batteries Plus offers better/reasonable/sale/incentives prices online and rebates!   I've visited the Virginia Beach Batteries Plus store a few times and  had overwhelmingly positive interactions /relations with the helpful and very friendly staff!  In particular, I am pleased with Julian and Patrick who go above and beyond just a simple interaction with a customer!  I am super impressed with the work ethic of both of these gentlemen and I will continue to frequent Batteries Plus in the future!  Many thanks Batteries Plus team on Virginia Beach Boulevard!

My Samsung Galaxy microphone stop working and I needed to get the phone fixed ASAP. Not knowing anything about cell repairs except for mall kiosks, I took a leap of faith and called this location. I spoke with very helpful employee Ryan who was able to help me navigate the company webpage and get me in immediately. Ryan also did the repair and while working on the phone he ran into a small problem but promptly called me not only to be honest about the minor issue but offered a great solution with no additional cost. Job was done in the time frame that I was told and paid exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely  use this location for all my cell phone repair needs!

Needed a new battery for my 96 Harley sportster and found batteries plus had a good price and extra incentive to buy from them is I could buy online and save $10 and pick up in store instead of having to wait for one to be shipped. Picked up same day and I didn’t have to add the acid myself. Was already to go. Installed and cranked right on up. Good deal good service all around

I needed some quick help during a break and they went above and beyond to assist. I wasn't aware they physically replace car batteries for you with purchase, as part of their service. My set up was not exactly the easiest, but Patrick happily took it on, and with the quickness at that. A pleasure dealing with Patrick specifically, and the rest seemed like a friendly bunch of folks too. Highly recommended!

Fast, friendly service. Ordered a replacement screen for a damaged galaxy tablet and replaced the screen in less than a week. Great staff.
