Was looking at fitness equipment and had a question. No one was around so I had to go to the checkout where 3 sales associates were having a personal conversation. No one asked me if I needed any help and when I asked my question she said she would have to call the guy to help me. She told me he would be with me in a couple of minutes and come to find out he had gone to Starbucks for everybody.  When he finally arrived he said he would have to go to the register to find out about delivery and set up. I stood there for 5 minutes or so and finally walked towards the register to then see he was just standing there talking with all the other sales associates. He noticed me standing there so I said "were you able to find out?" He was texting on his phone and then spun the register display around and said "this is how much it'll be".... clearly I inconvienced them all by trying to spend money there so I left. Sears won't be getting my $1000.

Just redone.... Was nice before, so I imagine it's even better now.

Quick and easy place to shop. Clean bathrooms and organized store.  Easy to find what I was looking for.  The checkout process took longer than expected since the employee really pushed signing up for their rewards program.  They do honor RetailMeNot coupons and their rewards program also offers great deals.

Sears is a dying brand. It is dying because of its very lax and non responsive customer service. Surely this is where customer service went to die. It was a very bad experience at this location and I will make it my business to never recommend, send, or ever do business with Sears ever again. And to think I use to hold this chain in the highest esteem. You it's bad when you get better customer service from Walmart than Sears. No wonder there going out of business
