Always very courteous.  I have had several books & or catalogs spiral bound at Office Depot on Virginia Beach Blvd location and have been very well satisfied.

One lady was very rude. She looks as though she could be a manager. She wore glasses, heavy set, and wore a ponytail. Didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't speaks say hello or I didn't even get a "How may I help you?". Just sent another associate to help me who was very kind. If I really didn't need copy some papers for my mother I would have just left.

Average Office Max experience. The place is one of the better locations in Hampton Roads. Clean and well-staffed.

No one is helpful, you have to wait forever to pay only one person at the register. Only goinf there if I absolutely have to.
