Had no idea this company has been here for over 6 years. Went in for two things. (1) Needed a new battery for a baby monitor (2) Needed to fix my iphone 6 because i was unable  to press any icons or letters on screen.  Even though they did not have the battery in stock, the technician (very knowledgeable young man) (tall w/ dreadlocks) took the time to figure out the model number and style i could research on the internet to order. While he took care of that, Briana (polite young lady) took the intake for my phone. My phone was fixed within one hour of drop off, no appointment necessary. I went to LA Fitness next door and had a workout. When I came to pick up my phone, Ron, (another technician) (and very personable young man) handled my check-out. Small niche business, handling business in Prince George's County. Much Respect !

terrible experience!!!! I paid $127 because I got $10 off, but when I went to pick my phone up my phone was not working! My phone will not even respond to touch anymore. They replaced my screen with a plastic screen instead of a glass screen. I have had my phone back for only a day and I'm completely upset. I will never ever ever recommend anyone to ever visit this place and get anything done. It's a complete rip off. And its BLACK OWNED! You would think they would look out for their people. DON'T GO.

Purchased two batteries for my vehicles in Nov. (2015). Found one battery to be completely drained and unable to hold a charge.  When inquiring about a replacement, I was informed by the sales clerk that I would have to bring battery in and wait for 48 hours testing before warranty will be honored.  When I inquired about the availability of the battery replacement, I was informed that the battery would not be in stock for a week.  That is a week waiting on a replacement battery that I would not be able to drive my vehicle.  This is unacceptable!  I will try the Waldorf store, where I am told that they may have a replacement battery.  I will tell you now that Batteries Plus Bulbs has lost my business, PERMANENTLY!    - - PeMa Solutions.

I went here today for a car battery.  After reading the website reviews I decided to try this place for myself.  The service was friendly and FAST!!!! I literally was in and out of this place in 15 minutes.  No appointment was scheduled.  The young man on the phone told me no appointment necessary.  I showed up and, as promised, they immediately did a diagnostic to determine the need for the battery.  Once confirmed, he identified the battery and went out and installed it in minutes.  I can't speak to their other services yet but I will be using this business anytime I have a need that falls within their scope.  Great job Batteries Plus Bulbs!!!

Great experience here. I went to Radio Shack first to get a battery but they didn't have it. I was told to come to this place (that I have never heard of). They had my battery and many others. I went back to this place to get a new car battery when mines died and the young man was very friendly and even installed the battery in my car even when I said I could do it myself. I will be going back in the future!
