I bought a used iPhone 7 for my foster child in December. I asked if I could pay for the phone outright but the salesman told me that I had to wait a month. Everything was billed accordingly and I never paid attention to my monthly statement until last month. I noticed then that I had been charged for a new iPhone 7 when I had been sold a used one. The salesman quoted me $440.00 for a used phone, I was charged $690.00. The used phone we purchased came with nothing. Not even a charger. In fact the salesman borrowed a charger from another salesman to charge the used phone for setup. My son's new, straight out the box iPhone cost less then the the used one we are being billed for. My husband just got off the phone with Verizon Customer Service. They said we were billed for a new phone because that is how the salesman put in the charges. We did not walk out the store with a "new" phone. The Verizon customer service rep called the Watkins store and they told her that they do not sell used iPhone 7's. Really? Well we were certainly sold one in December, apparently for the price of a new phone. I am blown away! I have never been scammed. The salesman got away with ripping me off. $690.00 for a used iPhone 7 that was supposed to be $440.00! I am floored!

Went to this location to drop off my cable boxes.  The young lady didn't talk much but was very efficient and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.  So all in all I would say the service was great.

Derek is super amazing. He went beyond the call of duty.  Your company is blessed to have such a smart and helpful young professional . I will intentionally send customers and Family. I recommend a corporate sponsored lunch on fridays 😀

I purchased a Puregear screen protector at the very end of January from the Watkins Park store. The Store Manager sold me the item, and then proceeded to put it on my phone. After a couple of days I noticed that there was a bubble on the top left corner of the phone. As time went on the bubble began to spread. I returned with the phone to the store on Feb. 19th, and explained the issue to a sales associate, and Asst. Manager. They both advised me to come back when he store manager was in, because he sold me the product and could easily correct the issue. I do that. I returned on Feb. 20 at 4pm, and spoke with the Store Manager. I explained that the only issue I had was with how he applied the screen protector. The manager both accepted responsibility for the bubble being in my screen protector, and told me I should have come back the same day.  He began sppeaking about a warranty, and how his supervisor wouldn’t allow him to do anything, and offered me a discount if I purchased another. I asked if I could speak to his supervisor. He stated that wasn’t possible at the moment. Upon hearing our conversation, the Assistant Manager, Seyi came to me and told me he would take care of the problem. He sat me down, and I was out of the store with a new protector (that I will apply myself) in 4 minutes. Seyi identified a problem, and resolved it rather than saying there was nothing he could do. He made it right. The store manager tried everything he could to get me to leave without a resolution. His only offer was to ask me to spend more money. Only one of these approaches will guarantee return business.
