I wouldn't give any stars to this place. They are nothing but racist here and I will never shop here again. It all started on Saturday, April 7, 2018. I purchased a Nivea cocoa butter cream. Prior to making the purchase, I looked at the price on the shelf which stated $8.99. After purchasing the product and getting in my car, I looked at the receipt and noticed the cashier  (Fatima-name on the receipt)  scanned it for $10.29. I immediately returned to the store and notified a white clerk on the floor of the discrepancy. She replaced the difference on my credit card. She never gave me a new receipt reflecting the change and I didn't know at the time it was going to be a costly mistake on my part. 
I returned the unopened product and that was when Pandora's box was opened. The product could not be scanned due to the clerk not scanning and giving me a receipt. Trying to explain the situation was like speaking a different language, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The staff are obviously incompetent and needs to be trained in customer service and how to provide complete sales transaction.

Store is remodeled and have a new structure, with new products and better in stock, The new management is really changing things around, will definitely bring my business now

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced was over the phone to have my prescription refilled.  I'm not happy with having my medicines filled here but I was forced by my insurance company. :(

Simply the WORST . Provided my daughters prescriptions and these idiots wait a whole hour to tell me they don’t except my insurance . Gladly took my business elsewhere . YOU have been warned
