i spent two days trying to get my phone fixed... was impressed that Jeff tried to fix something he admitted he might have broken. my phone was working when I walked into this store........they said my phone was gone . my son in law questioned this... they told him that there was no proof  my phone was working... my word against theirs. I am a 70 year old grandmother......I do not have a phone...I have health issues. I only do business with honest people... maybe you should too.

Great experience!  Knowledgeable sales rep answered several questions regarding 6v golf cart batteries for our RV.  Today we purchased some rechargeable household batteries and some LED bulbs.  Will come back to purchase a couple of 6v golf cart batteries for our RV when current batteries expire.

I visited the Hixson store today to get a battery for my Garmin step counter. I was pleased with the service I received. My option was to replace the battery or purchase a lifetime battery. That was a good option for me because I don't like down time on my step counter. It is good to know that the people who work at Batteries Plus Bulbs have the knowledge to help with many of our needs. 8/10/17.

Very knowledge and helpful courteous staff. Bought a car battery and cell phone battery. Will certainly recommend them to my friends.
