Been trying to set up an install for a new car radio for two days but you can't ever get hold of anyone in that dept. to do so. The first day I called the sales dept and was told the only guy that does installs is currently working on a car and then he's going home, so he doesn't have time for you.  I was told to go online to book an appointment, but the online appointment maker is asking questions for which I don't have the answers and when I guessed, it quoted me over $500 for install! Today I tried again but the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one answers, no matter what option you choose, so you can't speak to anyone. I guess they don't want my business.

Prices are not reasonable. Catch things on sale or it's best to shop online and get a way better price. This post is for rich or poor. At the end of the day it's about quality over quantity but you can be smart by shopping online.

The folks at this store are knowledgeable and always willing to help and give advice.  BB is my first choice for any electronics based on a good rewards program, reasonable pricing, return policies. Store is well laid out and enough space between isles.

Good Best buy location. Doesn't have a very large selection though. Other Best buy stores are larger. I'd go to the one on Gunbarrel.

I was shopping on line for a Bluetooth and found one I was very interested in and it was on sale. So on there app they have a place you can click on for them to notify you when the product comes in if they happen to be out of stock. Which was my case, I clicked on this option and they notified me when it came in. However, when I got over to the location that I choice to be notified for, they still didn't have the one I wanted but had a similar product but of course more experience and tried to get me to buy that one. Well of course I did not make that purchase, I felt like that was a set up. Come to find out the one I wanted was a discontinued product and that's why it was on sale. So why didn't they just tell me that on the app instead of leading me to believe they would get more in. So I spent my money else where.
