I’m shocked. Absolute disbelief. Like I’m in the twilight zone. After purchasing a dryer, I was OVERCHARGED $650. It’s now a week later, they still have my money. I've been ignored, berated, marginalize, LIED TO, YELLED AT, AND KICKED OUT for trying to retrieve the $650 THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!! I’m shocked. The assistant manager, Richard, thought I was asking too many questions and he became frustrated and YELLED AT ME in front of other people at the store! I turned to one of the people standing there and asked if he saw what was going on. This made the manager even more mad so HE KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE!!! When he admitted to me that he had not checked the progress of the refund that day, I asked if he would be more concerned if it were his money, and maybe he would check up on it a few times to make sure everything is on track. He explained to me that he has three houses and is so wealthy that he wouldn’t bother. I can’t make this up. Even a half-hearted manager would try to make it right. Not only expedite and babysit the resolution process but offer a token of remorse for the inconvenience (I’ve had to interrupt my work day several times to meet with him about this). Like, i don’t know, “Hey we’re sorry we accidentally stole $650 from you. Can we offer you the value of the original purchase ($325) as a way to say, we’re really, really, really sorry.” He hasn’t offered so much as a coupon. UPDATE: Today I went back and was finally able to meet with the top manager at the store, Christina. I explained to her the situation and got the same "we can't do anything about it" lines. She was apologetic about the experience with her words, but failed to lift a finger to do anything to make it right. Finally, after I prompted her, she offered me 10% back on the original purchase ($38) for my trouble. Apparently that's the going rate for being ignored, berated, marginalize, LIED TO, YELLED AT, AND KICKED OUT for trying to retrieve the $650 THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!! Though completely unsatisfactory, I realized, this was the best these people were going to do, and I'm tire of wasting time, so I say "whatever" and said I would accept the offer, only to find out she wanted me to slide my card again to obtain the credit. At this point, my trust in their debit system is at zero, so I refused to slide my card. She just stood there with a confused look on her face, like she thought I was crazy. I LEFT WITH NOTHING!! Ok. I'm done. Once I get my $650, I'll never look at the Sears brand again.

Friendly staff! The guy who helped me buy a fridge (Justin I think) was very knowledgeable about the different options. Also very pleased with the reasonable delivery fee (89$). Will be back to buy more in the future.

Excellent inventory, excellent prices, excellent customer service, etc. I have purchased so many appliances here over the years. I have a rental property and have been fixing up my own house for the last several years. I am able to get top notch appliances on my tight budget. Love this store and never plan to shop anywhere else.

We found this outlet to be well organized, the associate very helpful, and the prices right down our alley. We had shopped here two years ago, but did not find what we were looking for. This time we definitely did. A good experience all around.
