Kerry was a rock star on the phone! I didn't have all information I needed to help him help me  but he was patient, found what I needed, gave me the part numbers so I could check the specs on the website and even told me how to save 10% on the order.

Fantastic customer service you just don't see this day and age. Everyone else wanted to blow me off because I didn't have enough info but Kerry stepped up and gave me what I needed.

They had a battery I needed for an old solar powered weather. They tested my old one (it's history) and reversed the polarity to match my radio's current.

Update: When I picked up the new battery, they told me the one they had was a little different, so they built one for me. Adding this store to my list of favorite tech chains.

I like Batteries Plus Bulbs but I wasn't there, today; I didn't even park in front of it.  Don't know who sends these out but needs a little help.

Online product selection and ordering for in-store pick up was fast & easy.  Product was ready when I walked in.  Very friendly staff, too.  They will be my go-to for batteries.
