At Sam Pack’s 5 star Ford in Lewisville, I’m always greeted warmly by everyone that I encounter. Ron, my service advisor, is fully aware of what my vehicle needs before I arrive which makes me feel like they all really care about me and my driving safety and they’re ready to fix, maintain or replace whatever is needed at the time. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to my specific concerns so much. If I’m out of town and needing service for my truck, they rarely come close to the kind, courteous, professional and complete treatment that I ALWAYS receive at Sam Pack 5 star Ford of Lewisville! You couldn’t do much better!

Dakota Hensley of the aftermarket department is beyond what customer service should be. He made sure everything came out just right. Washed and detailed my truck, filled it up with gas and went beyond making my experience beyond my expectations. This is not too mention how well he did lifting my truck 4”, new chipped engine, brush bar, aftermarket bumper, 4 light bars, intercooler and exhaust system. The price was Sealed the deal. He delivered in a big way. Mike has more than once stepped up and helped get my trucks repaired in a quick cost effective way. I have known mike for years and he is honest and very professional.

Thanks Ron Romano for doing an amazing job with my vehicle once again! It broke down on the side of the road, called Ron and he sent a tow truck to get it and fixed it at a competitive rate. I had it fixed before at a different shop before I started taking it to Ford and I regret all of it. The things that broke that the different shop fixed, are already breaking again, BUT Ron got it all taken care of. Couldn’t be happier with the Service Department. Side note: Mike the Service Director is amazing as well as the Cashiers. Always super friendly.

if you're in the market for a new car or truck make your first stop Sam Pack's! The team at Sam Pack's, in particular the finance office and my salesman, Chase Windham, were all excellent! They made every effort to identify and meet my family's needs. The salesman are friendly and patient, Chase went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we needed at a price that was right. The financial team did a great job getting the most for our trades and making sure we got a monthly payment that fit our budget. We love our new F150 and will definitely be back for our next new vehicle purchase!

Zach Nixon was the service rep that took care of issues with both my daughters Ford Edge and my F-150. He was professional and timely in getting both vehicles fixed and up and running again. He also researched and was able to cover some of the issues with the factory warranty. big release! Thanks Zach!
