My iPhone battery was no longer holding a charge. I went here to have my battery replaced. I was apprehensive about leaving my phone for several hours, but these guys assured me it would be well taken care of. They replaced the old battery and my phone is working great now. I appreciate the quick turnaround and careful handling of my phone. If I ever need a specialty battery, I will definitely return. Thank you for your help!

Quick and easy! Ordered online for instore pickup. They had exactly what i needed(car battery) for cheaper than anywhere else and its a better quality! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Batteries Plus Store in N.E. Salem Oregon is nothing short of fantastic. Every time I need to go there it is a pleasant experience. This last time an employee by the name of Mike helped me. His professionalism was appreciated. He helped me make a decision regarding a purchase and his customer service skills were exemplary. Do yourself a favor and stop in and say hi!

Rick was totally rude to me because I was frustrated about paying to get my phone fixed and it not being done right. After just wanting a refund he said only if I get my old broken screen back on. So I let them try to fix it again and by the time I got home white lines and ghost touching on my phone.... had to contact corporate to get a refund. Then I find out that they used a iPhone 5s screen for my iPhone SE. by using the wrong screen they broke some prongs off my logic board. There are good workers there... actually everyone was nice and wanted to help except for RICK. If you have a iPhone SE do not get the screen fixed from here. Actually I wouldn’t refer a single person to this place

Four stars, only because I had to return to get my core charge refund. I purchased online and when I went to pick up my new battery the computer system told them the core had already been provided, even though I had not yet come in to get my new battery. Not the fault of the employees working the counter. I blame the computer system. The first gentleman I dealt with thought the money should go back to my card, but the manager called to have me come in and get cash. When I stopped by to get cash, the manager was out, but the employee that helped me was able to get it figured out and get me my core refund.
