I brought them a fully functional battery pack and requested a cell upgrade.  They turned the whole pack into an unusable lump of plastic and chemicals and made me pay for the labor. Don't get burned like I did. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE UNTIL THEY HAVE FINISHED THE JOB CORRECTLY.

Great selection, unfortunately very expensive. 3 times more expensive than online. I don't mind paying more to support a local store, but $30 for a battery that is $9 online is a bit much.
