I will have to say, I had great customer service from everyone working at this store last week!! David was a big help to helping me find everything I needed when it came to my plan!! He truly listened to what I needed and he was very respectful!! I highly recommend going to this store for anything you need!! It was clean, neat, and very friendly!! Was very impressed by the customer service I was given, david will be getting my business again!!

Chelsea is a wizard. In the hyper competitive environment of wireless technology, it's hard to find someone you actually trust with your needs. Enter Chelsea. 

Over the course of my account being open I have had my fair share of issues between adding/changing lines, a break up and pursuant sudden line cancellation and everything in between. She has confidently and quickly addressed all issues with results that are consistently agreeable. 

Pricing is phenomenal from corporate, a lot of perks and no hassle service.

If not, THE BEST, real T-mobile store in the metro Detroit area! The manager there now, is one of the most compassionate people I have come across, to his customers and his staff, which leads the staff too, to be very friendly listeners, and problem solvers to their best abilities. If you have a T-mobile related 'concern', do go there, and not anywhere else!
