I have had a great experience every time I have been here. They are detailed, reasonably priced, and it's a happy environment! I have done designs on my nails here and they take time to make sure it is exactly how I want it. 
Much less busy if you come on a weekday- so obviously if you go on a Saturday afternoon you're going to have to wait or you may feel rushed but I think that is a given with any successful nail salon. 
Overall great service, clean, and lots of options!

I came here to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. My fingernails turned out just fine but when the lady painted my toes I was on my phone and wasn't paying much attention. I looked at my toes after she had done them and was very dissapointed. I had polish on my toes before coming in and she didn't remove the polish. Instead she painted over it in a hurry and my toenails looked horrible. I had to tell her to redo them. I have never been to a nail salon where they leave nail polish on and then paint over it. I won't be coming back. This was a waste of my time & money.

Great experience. The woman helping me was very thorough and even went the extra mile to help with one of my nails. My son had jumped on my foot and the nail was black. She worked hard to make sure it was all covered with the color I liked. Definitely a great place!

Mack always does a great job. My daughter loves going to Kim. They are all very friendly and they have an amazing amount of polish colors to choose from. They also always offer a beverage.
