I have been coming here since they opened and have always been very happy! Even when I bring my 4 year old for a mommy daughter day, they give her impeccable service as well!!

I really wanted to be wowed by this place. The location, the branding, and even the establishment itself got me excited for what was to come. The place is clean, thoughtfully put together. But I was quickly let down after that.  First off, when you walk in to this beautiful place, there are sheets of paper scotch-taped to the front and sides of the reception desk imploring you to pay in cash so they can avoid transaction fees. Y’all. It’s 2018. Credit/debit cards are here to stay.  It’s the cost of doing business- they should factor that into the prices and don’t stress the customers out. At the very least, with all the money they’re saving on those sky-high transaction fees, they should buy themselves a tasteful plaque to hang and stop with the tacky print-outs. Secondly, the manicure was just OK. Not great, not bad, just your standard everyday, forgettable manicure. So basically, this place doesn’t seem worth all the excitement.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Very bad experience. I was literally the only person in there and felt rushed.  I did not feel like I was   catered to as the customer, especially for the price.  I complemented my manicurist on her bracelet and asked if it was a particular jewel, she laughed and said, “no”, sarcastically like I was an idiot. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Save your money, go somewhere else and have a better experience.

I’ve been going to Jenny since I was 8 and every time she does a great job. My nails are always exemplary and if not she is quick to fix it.
