This was my daughter's second haircut she's ever gotten. Her first one was done by a family friend. This time I chose to take her to a kid based hair salon and I'm happy I did. The place was very clean, staff was friendly, and I was even able to purchase an item I had been looking for. My daughter loved getting to choose a vehicle to sit in. Ernie did a great job with her hair which shocked me due to how much moving she kept doing. I was pleasently surprised to find a tooth case for when she loses a tooth in the salon........which was great cause I had been hunting one for about 2 weeks. Overall great experience amd definitely plan on returning.

This is a great kids haircutting salon. I was really impressed by how both the staff worked with my kids, did real quality hair cuts, and kept the experience fun. My kids had a great time and looked so much better afterwards. The facility is clean and attractive. This company definitely has its act together. I recommend!

Walk-in, had no appt. We had a short wait. There was a waiting area with fun activities for kids. The chairs were cute; police car, airplane etc. They were very patient with my little wiggle worm and gave him an amazing haircut! Plus he got to pick a prize out of the treasure chest after the cut. We will be going back!

A Little pricey for a kids haircut. They are wonderful with kids. They have movies playing to keep them occupied. They offer special kids seats and they offer a toy for each child who gets a haircut. They also offer rewards for loyalty. Great for Children under 5. They also offer a combo deal for parents and children haircuts.

I hate to say anything negative about this new location, because I would really like for it to do well, but I feel as though I need to give feedback so that the shop can do better. In this location, my daughter received an incredibly bad haircut. I was shocked at how bad it was and from the lack of skill of the hairdresser. I would implore Pigtails and Crewcuts to please assess and educate your hairdressers frequently and regularly. The facility is clean and has a great waiting room for kids. I hope that you can do better, Pigtails and Crewcuts. I wish you well. UPDATE: Pigtails and Crewcuts has reached out to us to make it right. Their customer service is great and they truly stand behind their services. Thank you.
