wonderful service. So glad they have service to get to doctors. Would be lost with out this service. Drivers are very friendly and helpful. some of the reviews are for Bay Town trolley, so not a fare rating

I think the drivers are great. Very helpful to the disabled. Everyone seems to know each other. Wish had SUNDAY service.

Something's need to be done about this asap..... I got on the trolley at 7:30 this morning at Walmart in callaway, bus number 2 was late and that was the the second run, it is now 4:04 and once again the number 2 was late again which caused trolley 3to be late, we as a ppl pay to much money, for any driver to be late and its extremely hot and no one should have to go thru this, and ever time someone complains,it gets worse and worse

Always make me late even though I am on time. Having to wait for other busses that have broken down at my expense. Now I have to make another appointment and have to wait another two months because they can't keep a schedule that is inadequate to begin with. Thanks for nothing yet again Bay Town Trolley.

The drivers are rude and disrespectful. The stops are not to the convenience of everyone. There are no stops on the 231 side or even down any roads close to 231. The closest  rider can get is the mall and they might as well save money and walk.
