They gave me the most beautiful design, set up the appliances according to my budget, worked with me on scheduling the delivery, and gave me the best deal that I could have ever gotten.  I loved working with Margo and Ryan.  They were so respectful and so prompt that I am grateful for their services and I look forward to working  with them again.  They went above and beyond. best place to buy kitchen stuff in town--i am a builder and used to buy from pac sales for 10+ years. that was until i ran into the people at bay cities--not only is their service and follow through a 100 times better, but they are friendly, professional and really know everything there is to know about plumbing appliances and cabinets! their prices were unbeatable, they are local and have beautiful showrooms with a variety of great appliances and cabinets on display and i will never go anywhere else to buy kitchen related items! anytime i have service problems they take care of them for me and they even go as far as to fill out my rebate forms to make sure I get my $ and call to see how my kitchen is doing! I love Bay Cities and would even drive an hour down to see them and do business with them if i had to...thank god when i am busy i still can wrap up all my deals over the phone and via email!

The staff was very knowledgeable about the the products and offered everything thing at an excellent price. Quick and efficient delivery. Can't say enough good things. I recommend Bay Cities to all who seek top quality appliances for an unbeatable price.

I love the new showroom.  It's gorgeous!  I just bought a miele dishwasher, subzero fridge and wolf range.  I shopped around and their prices were the best. Their service and follow through were great.  I wish I could have waited until this new showroom was finished before I bought my stuff!
