Customer service with a negative attitude, The price and service done was not what had been quoted. They returned the vacuum with tools missing, and charged for new parts that had not been replaced.

Trying to pickup the vacuum; all my calls were answered by the answering machine with never any return call, I had to go by the shop several times to catch them open, when I mentioned my efforts, his response was a "so what attitude" 

Over all a very poor way to run a business.

I had to fix my belt - looked them up on the internet - good reviews so I went here. Wow - they are great! The guy saw me taking my vacuum out of my trunk, ran outside to help, fixed and reassembled my vacuum - out in under 10 min. Nice prices too.  Elliot was his name and he was a doll! I'm recommending this company to everyone!

Went here to pick up a new Miele vacuum.  I had shopped at several other places, and they all seemed like used car dealers.  Worked with Tyson, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and I felt great buying from them.  The price was cheaper than the internet too, and I got $75 worth of free bags for my trade in.  Highly recommended.
