The salesman Bryant was pleasant, however, the manager is a prick! I traveled an hour and a half with the intent to purchase a used vehicle. The car was in immaculate condition minus the tires. There were hardly any tread left. I politely agreed to pay listed price, however, I wanted new tires or compensation for new tires. The manager would not budge. He flat out didn't want to do it. Come to find out it's because he was selling out to another dealership in the coming weeks. BAD BUSINESS! So glad someone else plans to take over cause the manager does not care for business.

Service department is very unprofessional!!When a vehicle is dropped off with the assumption that it's under warranty you would think that before they charge you $110 To tighten a cap , they would call and ask first---- of course not they call and say "your vehicle is ready and it will be $110"   nothing signed before hand, no phone call, nothing,   IT'S NOT THE $110 it's the principle of charging that when you just played them 4k down payment not even 30 days ago for this truck.  Been waiting for hours for a call back. Now the salesmen are Awesome but very disappointed with service. Waiting on owner to call me back and I'm hoping I can change this review to a better outcome.

Fantastic customer service and quality inventory.  You don't have to worry about being hassled by scumbag salesmen at Bay City, as you will be treated with respect and friendliness. I will buy all of my future vehicles here. Thank you Bay City for your professionalism and for the pleasant car buying experience.

I have a problem with the alignment of the drivers side door.  It seems this would be a simple adjustment. When I brought it to the dealer I was sent to their body shop. The first words out of the body shop manager was, "you didn't buy a Lamborghini". He stated that the cars are mass produced and he didn't know how to fix it. I have made no less than 10 phone calls to the dealership to speak to a manager and left multiple messages. I have not received a return call from anyone. With the experience I have had with these people, I wouldn't trust them with telling me the air pressure in the tires is correct. If I could return the car and buy somewhere else I would.
