Bridgestone Duelers ~ 1 year old on my 2015 Silverado gone bad.  Violent shaking between 70 and 80 MPH makes it very unpleasant when driving your 'new' vehicle. I spoke with the service team at Ray Chevrolet about the problem I was having. They brought me in then offered me some coffee and a vehicle (if I needed to leave).  I waited instead and in less than two hours I had new tires, wiper blades, and an oil change.  Additionally, to my surprise, they washed my truck! I'm back on the road and able to enjoy driving my new truck again thanks to my friends on the service team at Ray Chevrolet.  As always, great job guys.  Much appreciated!

The service manager worked with us to resolve the issue of the used car that we had just recently purchased.  He and everyone else that we spoke to were all very friendly and kind.

I have been searching for a vehicle that would fit my needs. I'm in the process in rebuilding my credit. So I need something that would take me through the next couple of years with optimal performance. Walter my salesman checked in every couple of weeks because I was very unsure about it. Finally, when I made up my mind he was right there to walk me through their process and answered every question I had without prejudice and being pushy. He knew what to do as far as taking my application to the finance manager to get me what I needed without all the inquiries. I loved the friendliness from everyone that I encountered.  I got everything in my car that I wanted!  This was the best car buying experience that I ever had. Thanks for all the southern hospitality and you guys do a great job!

I called the sales team to ask if a car was available and talked with the most rude sales person i have ever spoke to. She told me she has caller ID and that i already called and spoke with Blake. I told her this was the first time i called and she hung up on me.
