They are very friendly so that you can be lulled into a false sense of comfort . They lie about what your money actually pays for as far as the paperwork goes. Check everything before you go cause they will sell you a lemon. The guy who runs this place is sweet as sweet as poison. They'll swindle and lie to make a sell. Then when you try to tell them (not asking for a refund) he'll become ignorant and irrate . Save your well earned money!

I bought a 05 Honda civic with 125,000 miles on it nice car but the first time I test drove it none of the signal lights worked nor the windows and also was leaking oil from the valve cover gasket so they assured me they would change it. So I called the next day the owners wife told me it had been changed so I went back to test drive the car and make sure every thing was fixed. All they did was clean the engine. So I bought the car no negotiating sticker price 4900.00. After I drove the car for a whole day it was leaking oil again. I called them to let them know that they did not change the valve cover gasket like I was told. The owner said well u can bring it here so we can look at it then my fiancee said he was mad bc they lied in the background the owner heard on the phone and simply told me in a very rude way I don't like being called a lier so if that's the case don't bring the damn car back here. THIS is not good for business and very unprofessional now Amy the sales lady she is straight up and very nice doesn't hide anything but the problem is the owner if u talk to your customers that way and when u didn't fix what u told me was going to be fixed these people are crooks. I'm at a mechanic now and he has stated the gasket was never changed. I will me never deal with these people again. Even if they would of said they wouldn't of changed it I still would of bought it bc there is nothing else wrong but my point is they didn't stand up to there word and lied about changing the gasket. Do not buy from these people at the sales barn. They are quick to take your money but not stick to there end of the deal. I'm very disappointed. I give them a 0 rating.
