Been here for a little over two years. Park is pretty quiet centrally-located and kept clean with a maintenance man on staff.  Front office has nice friendly people to work with and they keep the park running pretty smoothly.  Would recommend this park.

Convenient location. The grounds workers were great and did some handy man work for my elderly father once in a while.

Since I've been RVing I've stayed all over the country never have I experience such a terrible experience..The staff is very rude and acts like your bothering them that's when they are in the office.. Very unpleasant dirty bathrooms and showers.. The community center was aweful.. It was like they didn't want anyone to feel comfortable I will never again stay there.

A decent experience.  Polite staff, well maintained grounds, and quiet.  It was nice to have private bathrooms instead of shower stalls.  Pool, laundry, and WiFi.

Negatives:  Bathrooms not cleaned or stocked everyday, the RVs are quite close (very few people have awnings extended since the RV next to you will block the afternoon sun), zero trees, no character or charm.  

It's basically a big paved lot designed to hold as many RVs as possible.  It's a good business model.  I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I'd probably look for something else first.
