The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The park itself is well kept and conveniently located. Highly recommend this park for anybody looking for a place to stay for one night or more long term.

It is clean and quite. Mrs pat is super nice. Have been here for months now and can't say one bad thing. Good rates too!!

We came from texas not knowing what expect. When we stayed here at colonial it was the best experience we had...the owners ms. Pat and Stanley are real nice, the people that live in the park are so nice as well..we stayed for half a yr. And it was worth it...the park is big and clean..if anybody is ever in that area stop at colonial rv park u wont regret it......we will for sure be back....😆👍
