Very nice and we'll kept. Bathrooms aren't always the cleanest but are clean enough that you're not grossed out. You definitely get what you're paying for. I love this place and hope to stay here. My family "came for a visit, and stayed for a lifetime"

Always have a smile and a wave for me.  They take extra time to make sure my needs and wants are addressed respectfully.  Mr. Dress and his people make 'vacationland' somewhere I have been proud to grow up.

I'm a new member to Bay Point Resort, and so far I am blown away by the beauty that is accessible in my home state of Ohio. Cedar point is viewable across the water, as it is only a half mile away. The beach was spouting smiles from family as well as staff. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. At the on site restaurant I experienced professional, relaxed, positive service. Really looking to spend the bulk of the summer relaxing at this wonderland.

Love Bay Point..it's like home Friendly staff well managed.And no John I did not light the fireworks...lol.

Other than the prices being raised substantially this year as far as the ferry and market go, it is fantastic. Food at the restaurants very good, the staff is awesome and friendly, the entire marina is well maintained and everyone becomes family.
