I was initially very disappointed in the apartment complex. I was assured my apartment rental was ready and drove from out of state to meet the leasing lady this past Saturday. I was totally shocked to see my initial apartment was infested with cockroaches. I took photos and videos as proof. The maintenance crew was there with me. The leasing lady offered to show two other two bedroom apartments that was available but they were infested with cockroaches as well. However, she sincerely apologized, honest, and made arrangements for a cleaning crew to clean an apartment for me and have pest control treat my new apartment on Monday. Although I was initially very disappointed, I will give this apartment complex a chance to redeem itself. Bullet point #1 - management staff, do a walk through before you show the apartment.Time is precious for people. Bullet point # 2 - have all the paperwork ready before the potential new resident arrives. First impression are critical. I know my leasing agency has been on the job for one month but because she was honest, I will cut her a break.

I enjoy my stay at Bay Point. Brooke an d Maria are excellent managers. The apartments just need a better price pointe. Sincerely Vielka Mccarthy

Save yourself the trouble and do not rent here. My A/C has gone out about 10 times in the 11 months we've lived here. Once it took them two days to send maintenance out to even take a look at it. My windows were broken multiple times by kids throwing rocks and I was told (before Brook joined the team) that I was the one responsible for repairs. We even had a broken window upon move in that we were told would be fixed and it wasn't until weeks later. I've also been told that maintenance believes someone is stealing coolant from my A/C unit. My electricity bills have been so high because of this and the office hasn't done anything to compensate us or alleviate the problem. There are ALWAYS solicitors ringing my doorbell and banging on the door early in the morning. Not to mention the office does this with all of the multiple notices they post. There's always a notice about SOMETHING! Residents don't even clean up after their dogs and then the office blames ANYONE who has a dog and automatically tacks on a waste fee to your rent!!!! They've changed over companies/property managers two or three times since I've lived here. It was Oasis Bay upon move in (back in Oct. 2016) and now it's called Bay Pointe. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO RENT HERE. Go to Spring Valley or Henderson for nicer apartments with the same price. This place is a joke.

A great experience so far. Maria the property manager is so welcoming and friendly. She made me feel right at home. Ernesto the Maintinence manager will do anything to help. He has a lot of responsibility but he makes it happen when he can. It is peaceful and close to everything we need without driving on a freeway. New to Vegas and loving Vegas!

This place is just HORRIBLE. It may look nice in the beginning, but prepare for the worst in the end!!!! I've had numerous problem with this place, and I am not someone who Is just doing a review for petty reasons. If anything I feel very disrespected as a resident. 1. There are unexpected bugs, even when you clean 2. The gym is in the same building area as the office, so you 'gotta keep it down" 3. The prices fluctuate. I started at 800 (2bedroom), now paying up to 1200... :O 4. The Front Desk Receptionist is entirely rude, with no remorse MICHELLE 5. I had a bad BREAK IN! (MAY2016) Me and my husband were laying in our bedroom with a few lights off, when suddenly we are disturbed at 8pm at night, by a man forcing the slide door open. Knowing that the house is completely dark, expect for one light. We were terrified, but able to catch a shadow of the . person that intruded before he darted out of the front door. Now, the slide door is broken, allowing anyone to come in whenever, which is very uncomfortable. So, we decided to report the incident to the police as well as apartment manager. She acted as if she was so concerned when we told her, she wrote down what needed to be fixed, we had a talk and everything. What she didn't tell us is that we had to nag her in order for someone to come fix it. You wouldn't think that you would have to nag authorities to do their job, especially with a serious matter. But, she kept saying "Oh Im sorry I totally forgot, Ill send someone." YEA, SURE! A maintenance man finally showed after a MONTH of asking her, and he told us he had to order a piece for the door. Now, here we are with this slide door still broken, nothing ordered, nothing fixed, sill in danger and it is 2 MONTHS LATER from the incident. NOW, tell me is it worth it all living here if they do not even care about your well-being? "0 STARS"
