This property management company is a joke. Dealing with them for 5 months now and every month there’s a conflict. The home we rent was not maintained by the Pre ious tenents but the manager always has an excuse for the issue. It takes weeks and in many cases months to have minor maintenance request addressed. We asked for the main air filter to be replaced as we have 3 out of 4 people living here with major asthma. 2 of which are children under 5. That request was put in a month after we moved in and it just now was addressed end of Nov. and come December rent invoice we are being charged for it. EVERYTHING is a fight with them. Our actual magnet Cheri is careless with her responsibility and gives attitude anytime we ask a question or repair as if it’s her home that we are renting and it’s a personal attack on her home. So far I’ve only interacted with one person in there that’s even

I have never rented from any property management, private owner etc. that completely ignores its tenants the way in which this management company does. Bordering on slumlord status, seriously. They allow the property owners that they assist in managing, to ignore or delay essential repairs on dwellings. Simple issues like the property entry gate remote replacement, 18 months of emails, voicemails, and phone requests with a receptionist, nothing not even a website to order it from or a place to pick it up from. The HOA has changed the locks on the pedestrian gate, recreation areas, fitness room, pool areas. This property management company has given no answers on how to properly obtain a new key. Several emails and phone requests have been made, no answer yet. I can’t even go for a leisure walk because have no access to the pedestrian gate. I’m forced to wait for someone (in a vehicle) to open the gate or hop the wall. Any kind of construction or utility shut off notifications are sent to the owners or property management. This management company will give no notice. How hard is it to send an email? This morning I woke up to all my water off. After contacting the local water district, I was told this is a schedule shut off to replace a large water meter that effects service to several residence in my area and notices were sent to owners (HOA) and property management. Did I get notice of any kind, an email, maybe a simple paper notice by the mailbox, nope, nothing. I have always paid my rent on time, in full with no excuses given, I’m quiet and keep to myself. I don’t expect anything more than anybody else who works hard and pays their bills on time. Some respect and courtesy as tenant in good standing is too much for these people. I will not waste my energy calling and argueing with them. I will use ever and any opportunity to warn other good people to steer clear of this so called management company. The end of my lease can’t come soon enough. WARNING! DO NOT RENT OR LEASE FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

I used to rent a house and I dealt with a property manager names Erin Woods who completely screwed me over!!! I was moving to Florida and she had told me if I found somebody to take over the lease, that she would take me off. I found somebody in the beginning of 2013 and this person had their name on the payment sight and everything, but I get an email in 2014 asking if i'd like to renew my lease (My lease was up in June 2013!!!).. after i'd been gone for over a year!! Then I contact Robinson Property Management and they had not clue what the heck went on and had no documentation of ANYTHING!!! How unprofessional can you get!!! So apparently they could not assist me so they directed me to Colony America Homes Property Management who again had no documentation on anything, BUT they did have an outstanding balance that they claimed I owed them because they took over the property and had reported it to the credit union!!! I am appalled at how they ran their establishment and what they did to me!!! I will be seeking a lawyer!
