They never clean their pools, found a dead rat in the pool while my toddler was swimming on the other side. Tried calling but the phone was amswered unprofessionally and then put on hold again unprofessionally and kept on hold. Do you know how many diseases rats carry?! Ran my child home and showered her with antibacterial hand soap. I'm beyond pissed. The pools NEED to be drained scrubbed, sanitized, refilled, and MAINTAINED. The picture of the dead rat should be on the website instead of the old ass photo shopped pool!

Been living here for a year now and if it wasn't for the noisy ass neighbors I give this place five stars. Very clean apartments. I don't think I've seen one bug here.

Me and my soon to be wife were tenants here for almost a year. During that time things were fine, until my Cystic Fibrosis sent me into the hospital, and in the same time period she lost her job. Now surprisingly I was able to get back to work and make the rent. But they would not work with us in the slightest, see everyday we were late they added on fees, and these fees if not paid in full with the full amount of the rent would not be accepted. I told them our situation and it was meet with "that's just company policy" when I ask to speak with someone at corporate every time told "we can take your name and number and when they come by give it to them." So at this point we're two months behind (but have the money found a way) but can't pay the fees (no pay day loan wasn't an option, or borrowing money) my hospital time hit us hard. Fortunately my tax return was coming and it would be enough to cover the two months rent and the late fees, felt like a miracle and my girl was going to start work in a week. Seemed like things were going to be okay, then when I go to the office I'm told we now have to pay late fees, back rent, and now court fees for filing to have us evicted. Told them I have all the rent and the late fees, and said they can only take the FULL AMOUNT! Just plain ridiculous! And wouldn't do anything to work with us. Their advice to us was to clean up the place and turn in the keys so there isn't fees for that. So we had to leave in a day, now find out from a collector we owe $5,000!! That's right $5,000! Kept the whole deposit and wouldn't use that toward anything. They want the months we were behind, all the fees they add, court fees, and the remainder of the lease! You guys are down right heartless and cruel and your reviews show it. I made EVERY attempt to pay and every time the price got higher and more out of reach. You guys are the worst ever, doing that to people who got hit so hard at once and still come up with the money. Now we got an eviction on our record and a ridiculous amount to pay off. If the company wants to work with me now, I'll be shocked since they sent it over to a collection agency I doubt it. Greedy douche bags, because of you we're also unable to get another place! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU FALL ON HARD TIMES CONSIDER YOURSELF DONE FOR!!

Edit update: Waiting on a response from owner to see their side of things., since I never was allowed to speak with anyone above the office.

I have been a resident for over 3 years. The best thing about here is the limited bugs...WITH that said the apartments are overpriced. No loyalty to the residents every lease renewal they raise the rent yet NO improvements to the actual unit! The manager stated when I inquired why "but the grounds are beautiful ". UM EXCUSE ME I DON'T LIVE IN THE GROUNDS... The units are fair but WAY WAY to overpriced!  You can find a better deal for your money elsewhere. ..

The response from the owner is for people reading the reviews. As you can see there is no way to know who responded and when I went to ask the office staff THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT...SO I asked them who responds to the reviews and they simply replied"idk" "I think we do"...REALLY! Furthermore I put in a service request since I was considering staying and the maintenance came and did the bare minimum. Their favorite line "we are ordering it"...2 months later when I followed up. Another service request had to be submitted, a different maintenance worker and guess what...I was told AGAIN they would order it...lmbo!! Sooooo glad my lease is up next month!!! FYI I've seen security 4x in the last 2 months. The office told me when I inquired why, that they couldn't disclose when security was on property...Ok thats it! TAKE MY ADVICE THIS APARTMENT MANAGEMENT LOVES TO TELL YOU "ALTERNATIVE FACTS!" If you knew better, you'd do better. NOW you know!!

On june 25 last month my car was spray painted and several other cars were also, i wastold by management they were not responsable for the protection of my property.why am i paying for security? Why am i paying for a gated community.im personaly now scared for the safety of my family. I want the vandalisme to my car payed for. Actually. I want out of my lease. I want to move. This place i Over priced and management is not concerned with the people who live here, i wish i NEVER had moved in these apartments. What a joke. This place sucks!!
