This is a quaint, well kept little gem. A small sparkling pool, wooden cabana with BBQ grill, pond stocked with fish, laundry room, clean showers and more. The owner is amazing and lives on site. There are 30 and 50 amp hook ups with a picnic table at each site. I highly recommend this place and the rates are the best on the Gulf Coast in my opinion.

Great place to stay with the nicest people you will find anywhere. The owner Mr. Jerry will go out of his way to make your stay the best. Just a nice small RV park.

This place is an absolute dump. The only 5 star reviews are obviously fake.

Ants!!  The ants were so bad we just had to leave.... Jerry knew the ants were bad and didn't say anything....we we asked the other people staying there and they were like call Jerry and he will come spray.....we had to remove everything from our RV when we got home and spray to get rid of the ants.

Unfortunately, I can't actually review this establishment and this review is in response to how we were treated by the owner when we tried to stay here. 

While on a bike tour through the area my wife and I tried to camp at  Bay St Louis RV Park. Their sign said that they allowed tent camping and, with evening approaching, we thought it would be a good idea to rest for the night. My wife went in to find out how much a spot was and she informed the owner that we had a dog with us. The owner said they allow dogs but he had to look at our dog first... never a good sign.

The owner came out and our dog, who is medium sized, began wagging his tail as he approached. Our dog is incredibly friendly towards people and other animals. The owner looked at him and said "sorry, I don't like the way he looks at me, you need to find another place to stay". Despite our dog being well trained (he is a certified support animal) and friendly the owner decided to discriminate against him based on his looks. 

If you are looking for a place to camp I would look elsewhere, particularly if you have a pet. The owner may just arbitrarily decide he doesn't like how your animal looks and tell you no.
