Be careful making reservations here. They do not tell you when making the reservations if you have to cancel there is a $10 charge.

We called after hours and got a recording that told us they had spots open and if you were coming in late just pick a spot and pay in the morning. When we arrived there were a few good spots left. Water was available even though it was so cold out....they have heated lines. The next morning the lady came by our spot...welcomed us and told us to come to the office at our convenience. When we went to the office she was Sooo nice to us and gave me the name of a repair shop that could get us in on short notice. She was so helpful. All the spots are concrete and the park was clean. Almost all newer homes and no junk. Great experience. Thanks!!! We will be back!

The concrete pad is super spacious and there's just enough grass for the pets to potty. We are able to fit all our stuff on the pad with room for a patio space. Picnic tables included. Quiet neighbors and right on the Katy trail with access. The park is next to a train track which isn't too loud. Being up on a bridge, they rarely blow the horn. The laundry and shower/bath facilities are really nice and clean and well kept.

Water pressure is high, use a regulator. Electric is not included in the monthly rates so it is an extra cost. Pet friendly, easy to get to main Street and the riverfront. Great location off 370. Super friendly staff.

One of if not the nicest parks we have stayed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff making check in a breeze. The interior roads are wide and paved all sites are paved and level. The grass was manicured and the grounds were spotless. We were here just overnight but would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night at Sundermeier RV Park. It was exactly what we were looking for; easy access from a major highway, very clean, friendly service and nearby activities. We walked the Katy Trail about 1/3 mile to Old St. Charles with its shops, bars and restaurants. Had an enjoyable time. There was some noise from the highway and the railway but it was modest for an urban campground. We'll stay at Sundermeier again.
