We have been working with Bay Towel for 4 years now.  We switched over from another uniform company because they just couldn't deliver in the customer service area, and they were literally raping us in pricing.  We called Mike from Bay towel-when he presented his pricing we almost fell over.  We literally cut our weekly uniform/towels/soap fees in half!  And I cannot say enough about their service.  IF we ever have a problem they are right on top of it.  From the phones to the delivery person, they are top notch....We highly recommend!
