I have waited years to get my carpet cleaned, little kids and construction being the main items holding me back. I was also reticent to have an overpriced company come in and bump into antiques and/or ruin the very old carpet. It was 14 years since the last clean, but surprisingly in good condition aside from stains. The whole process couldn't have been better. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and a genuine sense of wanting to understand if there was anything to concentrate on to pay attention to. The price was fair and I was delighted with the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These are really nice people, but they need to train their techs more. We had carpets cleaned and they look worse than before. I think too little time was spent on rinsing. And the rug I took in to get cleaned came back with wood splinters all over it and still smells in the spot where the dog had an accident. I'm wondering if it was even cleaned.

They showed up on time, I reserved a time a week in advance to have my carpets cleaned. I had roughly 200 square feet cleaned and it fell into their minimum payment category.

The Marathon County Historical Society met with Service Master to get a quote on cleaning several rooms after a remodeling project. At the meeting we discussed the work that needed to be done and I received a very reasonable quote for that work. We were all amazed after the work was completed. Service Master employees far exceeded our expectations. The work was outstanding. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone at Service Master.
