I had Northstar Restoration Services come clean my duct work and dryer vent. The guys that came in did a good job, but when cleaning the dryer vent from the outside they sucked the plastic cover off into their machine and it got shredded. I was originally told that I could replace it fairly cheaply on my own, which I did, but they ended up reimbursing me for the cost of the new cover and part of the vent cleaning as well. They also forgot to plug one of the holes they drilled into my duct work and I was told I would be sent a plug to fill it, but never received it. Overall though, I would recommend them.

The duct cleaners were very nice and also friendly to my cat. It took a few hours to get all the ducting clean, (I was glad it was a warmer day, since I decided to do this in the winter) but I feel it was worth it.

Northstar has taken care of our carpets for a number of years. They have tackled some major spots and cleaned them up, extending the life of our light colored carpets. Thank you toTIm and the team.

Just had Northstar out for a carpet cleaning and they did a great job, we have had them out several times and each time I have been impressed with not only the work done but the character of the company. I would definitely use them again.

Kevin did a great job cleaning my carpet and upholstery. He went above and beyond expectation. I will definitely use NorthStar again and recommend to family and friends!
