It is not taking care of and maintenance is very poor. A lot of stealing and nothing's done bout it and also cars drive too fast to where people almost get hit

Very poor management.  They lost paperwork done over six years ago and expect the people to re-pay the application fee.  Community was gated and now they aren't even bothering to redo the gate.  Expect some of the people that do abide by the rules to pay for everyone else that isn't.  The park has really gone so far down hill that no one will see the light here.  And some of the rules r really ridiculous like they don't allow people to do any kind of maintenance on their own vehicles.  Some people live here cause they can't afford to live somewhere else so how can they afford a 1000 dollar mechanic bill?  They claim they care for the people that live there but there is no sign of it whatsoever.

I don't visit this place I just walk by on my daily walk. But they have cleaned it up, now they need to plant some flowers out in front by the sign.

This place is DISGUSTING I lived here for a couple years and it was always the worse management ever very ghetto and not taken care of at all office people very unprofessional and rude... I recently been trying to contact them for a friend and they never EVER answer the phone no matter at what time you call I don't understand why bother to have a busyness if you don't care . shut this place down or get new employees . DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGREAT IT BELIVE ME
