Why do you have such a horrible ER staff? I was seen today in the ER just after 12:30p 6/8/18. The triage nurse was very rude and did not ask me my medications or pull the foot rests down while pushing me in my wheelchair that she offered. I do not take tramadol on a regular basis and I sat in the ER room for a long time in pain with tears because no one cared except the the CTscan ladies. She was the only one who assisted me and tried to comfort me. She also reminded the nurses that I needed help for the pain. A visitor asked me was I receiving any help because the medical staff was so non caring and rude. Horrible bedside manors ! Why did my father receive the same disrespect last week in the ER? Even the intake persons were unfriendly and with attitudes. No one was caring or attentive. When people are sick (with insurance or not) shouldn't they be treated with respect, dignity and professionalism

Have lost complete faith in this ER after the doctor answered my question about which kind of stroke my mother had by saying "there is only one kind" when I know that there is blockage and bleeders and giving aspirin to a bleeder can make it worse. Also when the nurse said that stenosis means "harding" I was aghast, even I knew it meant narrowing.

No complaints from the whole stay from admitting to procedure. Staff and nurses were great. Been very pleased with the scott and white clinic md's and staff.

Night nurses are great and caring, my nurse this morning is another story.
